Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. Due to the exclusive nature of our drops and limited production, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
How long will shipping take?
Orders begin shipping 7–10 business days after the drop closes. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
How do I track my order?

What payment options do you offer?
We currently accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal during drops.
